Blue Cruise Charters Turkey
The Blue Voyage is yacht tour, cruising along the picturesque south-west Mediterranean and Aegean shores of Turkey. It offers full board and usually for one week or more between May and October. A traditional boat called " Gulet " is used on the voyage. They are made of pine wood and styled with pointed fore and round aft. Although they are equipped with masts they are more suitable for cruising than sailing. They have superior sea going capacity and are comfortable, offering toilets and showers in their cabins, large sitting areas and wide sun decks. The crew consists of captain, cook and two or three sailors. Everyday you cruise a few hours and if the wind is fair, then you loose the sails to drop anchor in a solitary bay or near a small village. Then you have time for swimming, diving, fishing, snorkeling, wind surfing, making a trip on land or just taking a sunbath on deck. The resort towns of Marmaris, Bodrum, Fethiye, Olympos and Antalya, homeports to the majority of gulets, are the main boarding and disembarkation spots for blue voyages. Here are several routes for the Blue Voyages.
