Pearls Of Black Sea Tour (04 Days)
Duration: 4 Days / 3 Nights Day 1 - Sumela Monastery, Hamsikoy, Karaca Cave, Zigana Mountain (B,D) Welcome at the Trabzon airport. After a traditional breakfast at local restaurant, tour will start with the visit of the 4th century Sumela Monastery and Altindere National Park. Then you will continue to Hamsikoy famous for its sultan (rice pudding). Lunch break will be at Hamsikoy. Later on drive up to Zigana Mountain, crossing the mountain with spectacular views of mountain villages. We arrive at Gumushanehane City Province to visit Karaca Cave, considered the most beautiful in Turkey for its colours and formations. Evening will be at your leisure to explore the area with a gentle hike. Dinner will be served at hotel. Overnight stay at Gumuskayak Hotel Day 2 - Surmene, Of, Uzungol, Ayder Yaylası (B,D) After breakfast, you will join for a morning trekking on the slopes of Zigana Mountain and then continue to Surmene, the district of the historical knives. Before lunch break, you will have the chance to visit a Tea Factory at Of. Lunch break will be at Uzungol (literally translated meaning "long lake") where you will join a gentle hike around the picturistic lake. It's a hidden paradise in the Pontic Alps. Then you will be driven to Ayder and on the way you will have a stop at Firtina Valley. After check-in to hotel, you will have the evening at leisure and dinner will be served at hotel. Overnight stay at Hasimoglu Hotel. Day 3 - Ayder and Karagol (B,D) After breakfast at hotel, you will have morning to explore the beautiful Alpine Plateau in Ayder until noon. Traditionally dressed village ladies, thermal spring, waterfalls dropping down from hundreds meters and beautiful plateau houses are going to be of much interest. Then depart to Karagol where lunch break will be given. After lunch, you will join for to Karagol lake tour and proceed to Hopa where the hotel is located. Evening will be at leisure and dinner will be served at hotel. Overnight stay at Paluri Hotel. Day 4 - Rize, Trabzon, Akçaabat (B) Following early breakfast at hotel, you will depart for Rize and visit clothing workshops and enjoying your tea at the botanical garden with the panoramic views of the city. Then you will depart to Trabzon and lunch break will be at Cardak Pide Restaurant which is top famous for its special Turkish pizza. After lunch, you will have 1hr free time to explore city on your own. Then you will join for the city tour to visit 13th century Byzantine church St. Sophia Museum, Ataturk's Mansion & Boztebe Hill to enjoy your samovar tea with the view of the city and BlackSea. With the conclusion of the tour, you will be transferred to Trabzon airport as per your flight details.
