Anzac Cove is a small cove on the Gallipoli peninsula in Turkey. It became famous as the site of the First World War landing of the ANZAC (Australian and New Zealand Army Corps) on April 25 1915.
The Trojan Horse is part of the Trojan War, as told in Virgil's Latin epic poem The Aeneid. The events of this take place after Homer's Iliad, and before Homer's The Odyssey.
Gallipoli is probably one of the few Great War battlefields that has remained virtually unchanged over a period of more than 80 years. Many of the original trenches are still there and all the important landmarks can be easily identified - as if time had
Archeologists beleive that there were actually about nine cities built on this site dating back 4,500 years. The famous Troy we know about was like the sixth city to be built on this site.

DAY 01 – Arrival in Istanbul
Upon arrival in Istanbul, the city of two continents, you will be greeted by Veni Vidi Travel representative with Turkish hospitality & accompanied during your transfer to the hotel, where you will be briefed by your travel consultant with the remainder of day at leisure to relax &/or check out the city. Overnight in Istanbul.

DAY 02 – Garden of Emperors Tour (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
Your day will commence with a visit to the ancient Byzantine Hippodrome where you will tour the Egyptian Obelisk, Serpentine Column, Fountain of Wilhelm II, the elegant Blue Mosque famous with its heavenly six minarets and the Hagia Sophia Museum, built during the reign of Emperor Theodosius and burned down in the fire of Nika Revolt in 532 A.D. Then you will have a visit to the Underground Cistern, which known as the Basilica Cistern during the Roman period, as there was a Stoa Basilica above the pre-existing one at the time. Lunch will be served at Topkapi Palace, in a restaurant with panoramic view of the Bosphorus, Asia & Europe. After lunch you will be guided to visit the residence and administrative center of the Ottoman Sultans. Historical tour of Istanbul will conclude with a visit to the Grand Bazaar, exploring a labyrinth of streets and passages housing more than 4,000 shops. After the tour you will be leaded back to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

DAY 03 – Bosphorus Cruise Tour (Meal: Breakfast)
Your tour guide will met you and guide you along your tour of the Golden Horn, the arm of the Bosphorus peninsula which separates the old and new cities of Istanbul, now the residential area of Byzantines Jews, Italian traders and other non-muslim minoririties. . Follow the traces of history in Balat at the Fener Orthodox Patriarchate, proceeding on to visit the Metal Church of St Stephen the Bulgarian, Ahrida Synagouge, Eyup Sultan Mosque and see the 21km long City Walls of Istanbul. Visit the Egyptian Market (Spice Bazaar) built in 1664, the perfect place to shop for herbal medicine, Turkish Delight (Lokum), spices, teas, caviar and many other culinary delights, followed by a cruise along the Bosphorus on one of the iconic ferries of Istanbul where you will navigable the strait between Europe and Asia connecting the Black Sea to the Marmara Sea. It is about 31 km/20 miles long and varies between 1 and 2.5 km/ 0.5 and 1.5 miles in width. Disembarking the ferry and board your transfer back to your hotel, leaving you with the remainder of your day to enjoy the sites of Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul.

DAY 04 – Drive to Canakkale and Gallipoli Tour (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)
Upon check-out you will be met by for an early morning transfer to Eceabat. On arriva, take a break for lunch before starting the Gallipoli Battlefields and Memorials Tour. Your guide will take you to see the Kabatepe Museum, ANZAC Cove, Lone Pine Australian Memorial, Johnston's Jolly (Turkish & Allied trenches and tunnels), The Nek and Chunuk Bair New Zealand Memorial. You tour will continue by car ferry on route to Canakkale where you will be spending your evening. Your evening is free to explore the sites of Canakkale or, enjoy a screening of the 4 Corners Documentary ‘Fatal Shore’ and the "Gallipoli" movie starring Mel Gibson. Overnight in Canakkale.

DAY 05 – Troy Tour and drive to Istanbul (Meal: Breakfast)
Check-out and depart in the morning for your excursion of the ruins of Troy where Greek and Trojan heroes fought for the beautiful Helen. Troy is also famous for the Trojan War’s that occurred during the sixth and seventh centuries. One of the most famous and oldest works of literature, Homers' 'Iliad' was believed to have take place in Troy. Heinrich Schliemann excavated here at this own expense in the 1870s and discovered the location where a sophisticated settlement had existed for centuries. As you stand on the ancient hilltop you can look out over the plane of Troy and feel the famous cool north wind blowing from the Dardanelles. After the tour is completed you will be returned to Istanbul where you will spend the last night of your tour. Overnight in Istanbul.

DAY 06 – Istanbul / Departure (Meal: Breakfast)
Breakfast, check-out & transfer to Istanbul International Airport as per your onward flight schedule.
