I would strongly to recommend "Veni Vidi Travel", Sultanahmet, Istanbul to all those tourists who dont know where to start when planning a trip to Istanbul. Look no further, this agency has performed every task beyond my expectation from promptly responding to innumerable queries to providing extremely professional services. Every element of this tour has been a memorable one, thanks to Ms. Filiz Bingol & Ms. Merlin as they went out of their way to address all our needs. Their rates are reasonable unlike other agencies that charge more and deliver less. Also the entire process of booking a hotel & tour itinerary was done very quickly without any fuss. Being an Indian, we are deeply touched by their hospitality and would love to visit other places with them.

We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our recent tour of Turkey that you arranged for us. We both feel that it was exactly the right mix of cities, historic sites, hotel types, and transportation modes that allowed us to experience the best of Turkey!  We were very impressed with how well all the different components of the tour came together, from the drivers who picked us up at the airport to the tour guides and hotel staff, it was seamless from the beginning to the end! We especially wanted to thank you for including Aphrodisias in our tour; you must have sensed that we were most interested in ancient historic sites and so included this rarely visited, but most beautiful, site on our tour. It was by far the most interesting historic site we visited and were so pleased you arranged for us to visit there. We also loved your choice of hotels for the most part – as we told you, the Alp Pasha was a real gem in Antalya, as was the Pam Thermal in Pamukkale. Finally, we can’t thank you enough for the opportunity to have a wonderful dinner with you and Seda when we returned to Istanbul. We both felt the food at your restaurant was the best we had in all of Turkey, and enjoyed the opportunity to share our stories and experiences with you and Seda. By the way, did you know that Seda means “silk” in Spanish?

Dear Filiz,
I'd like to extend a very warm, heartfelt thank you for the holiday you've organised for me and my family. We've had a marvellous time! Turkey is such an amazing country with an amazingly rich history and it was incredible to get a taste of what your country has to offer. The Turks are such friendly, helpful people and we feel so privileged to have been able to experience your country, its cultures, historical sites and its people.

The tour was organised amazingly well, with no major problems and guides always on time and on best behaviour. The hotels we stayed in were marvellous - my favourite was the cave room in the Cappadocia - it was like a honeymoon suite! Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! The food was always very good and the tours were very interesting and well-organised. My favourite sights were Efes and the underground cities in Cappadocia - all I can say is WOW!!

I'm promoting Turkey to all my friends and have already given your details to a few of my colleagues today who sounded interested. I think you gave us a very good value deal and I hope I can get you a few clients in the future - I will certainly try!

Thanks again and all the best for yourself, your agency, your colleagues who dealt with us and also your country. I really hope I'll have a chance of visiting your country again one day, and if so you will definitely be my first point of contact.

Dear Bulent,
Arrived home yesterday. We had a wonderful trip and all fell in love with Turkey. I can't thank you enough for setting up the Florence Nightengale tour for us. The lady that met us was charming and very knowledgeable. We saw both the Nightengale Museum and their war museum. They were both excellent. The barracks themselves are very impressive. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

Well hello Bulent,

Thank you for organizing a wonderful trip to Turkey and the Island of Samos for us. Everything was organized just as we had requested and more and at a reasonable cost. Your attention to detail was excellent and recommending of Local Boutique Hotels, day tours, ferries and bus services gave us a feeling of the true turkey experience. The Turkish people where very friendly and helpful. We always felt safe, and were able to contact your Company if needed. We loved our hotel in Istanbul, the view was picture perfect and very central, amazing. We also enjoyed Kusadasi Port, Fethiye Marina and Antalya, which you included, and was, not, originally on our itinerary, was one of our favorite places, the Old Ottoman hotel was amazing a wonderful experience. Cappadocia was like traveling back in time staying in a cave room, the Balloon ride over the fairy cities is not to be missed, we also enjoyed the dinner and dancing held in the cave restaurant. Please thank all your staff, we recommend any fellow Australians to experience Turkey with a local travel agent that knows the “true heart of Turkey” and contact Veni Vidi Travel.

Hello Bulent,
Hello form America... This is Mary, I hope you have not forgotten Fred and I. How are you and your family doing? I hope everything is going well.. It has been a long time, after finishing our travel to Eastern Europe came home then in early August we went back home to the Middle East.... now we are back at home in the US. I want to thank you sooo much for all your help with our trip planing, we used all of your suggestions they were great, It has been a year of travel for us... We missed you very much my good friend, missed Turkey sooooooo much and all the friends we made there from your wife and kids especially Bossa, to Gangiz, and Atollah....all of the people at the restaurant and the hotel, there isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about Turkey and all of you guys....You all have left an unforgettable impression and memories that you won't believe.  I keep telling all of my people that I want to take them on trip to awesome Turkey....there is great interest, I get wonderful feed back ... therefore we need to put something together.
I am so excited to be writing to you, I feel that I will hear from very soon, because I want to came back as soon as possible, It feels like a second home to me all of this because of you and everyone else.
