Thanks again for such a wonderful time in your country, you really did such a top job, we enjoyed the very personal service you gave so willingly.
I have since spoken to a friend who went into Turkey with one of the big travel companies you can book through agents in Australia. It would seem that without a doubt that Lynne, Rhonda, John and myself saw so much more and in greater depth and were more like travellers rather than tourists, thanks to your excellent itinerary and care to detail. Dear Mr. Bulent
How are you? We arrived Abu Dhabi on schedule and safely. Sorry for not written to you immediaely because I flew to Doha, Qatar on the day after I resume my work on Sunday and right now I am still in Doha and expect to go back to Abu Dhabi by end of this month. Mean while, my friend, Ms Lai has gone back to Malaysia after 3 days we came back from Turkey. I would like to take this opportunity to thanks you for providing us a very very happy and enjoyable vacation holidays in Turkey. We really have a good time and feel very safe eventhough only both of us travel in Turkey for 14 days (from 19th June until 2nd July 2009).
You really put our safety in first place by the surprise you gave to us upon the arrival in Hotel Rast, Istanbul. The surprise that given by you was never ever in my life I had as I am a frequent traveller and been joined so many travel agency during my vacation but none of them did it to me before. The surprised that I meaned was a mobile phone with credits that you given to me temporary so that I can easily can reach you at anytime during my holidays in Turkey for the duration of 14 days. With that mobile hand phone with me, I have no worries at all in turkey eventhough we had to take local intercity bus for 3 times, ie from Antalya to Konya, form Konya to Cappodocia and from Cappodocia to Istanbul. You always called us up before the bus depart and after the bus arrived, just to make sure that we are safe and reached at the right place and correct destination. The agent you arranged to pick us up from each destination wasgood and their timing was so perfectly arraged. The moment we dropped off the bus treminal, we already seen your agent was waiting for us. Through out the whole journey, only you travel agent wating for us, they never late and very friendly and very responsibilty agency. With the arrangements made by you and the hospitality, we really have a peaceful mind when we travelled in Turkey and we have nothing to afraid of or worries as you really make us have a feeling that we have a good friend in Turkey instead of we the tourist and that trip was our first trip to Turkey. We had another surprised from you that you came to Hotel Rast to meet us up as welcome us to Turkey and also came to meet us up as to welcome us and again came to meet us up on the day hat we left to say good bye to us.You are really a great travel agent that I never and ever meet before. Both of us have a very very good vacation holidays in Turkey and we are very satisfied with the services provided by you, not only arrange interesting itenaries, but also good hotels and foods during the trip. It was great experience to have trsditional Turkish Bath (Hamman) and I really like and enjoyed it so much and the arragement make by you was so perfect because we feel so fresh after the Turkish Bath and we took it about ending of our tour in Turkey.
Mr. Bulent, you are great! I would definately strongly recommended my friends and the people that I know to join you if they plan their vacation to Turkey, no others travel agent I will consider!

Hello Bulent,
My daughter and I are back in the USA (Boston, Massachusetts) and we wanted to write and let you know that we enjoyed our iconic journey throughout Turkey. Simply stated, it was an adventure of a lifetime that we will not soon forget. The itinerary you put together for us down the western coastline along the Aegean was a feast for the eyes and the boutique hotels we stayed in were charming. We really could not have wanted a better vacation and appreciated your expertise and knowledge of the people and off-the-beaten track places to visit within Turkey. It was truly an incredible customized trip, which had us experience quaint villages, fresh seafood, friendly people and amazing merchant, craft and spice bazaars. First of all my apologies for not reaching you earlier but these initial days back in Madrid have been as cahotic as usual.
As I mentioned to you our visit to Istambul expectations were very high and the visit that Veni Vidi Travel organised for us has exceeded those expectations. I would like to congratulate you for the excellent choice of the guide who has been very helpful, she understood inmediately the type of visit we were expecting, right speed and right depth in content, and conduct us through the monumental sites and the more popular markets in a helpful manner. Logistics have worked perfectly all through our visit in a difficult traffic context in the city almost at any time. Let me keep a last words for the Hotel Ciragan Palace Kempinski were we received a nice wellcome, thanks a lot for your present, and an excellent service all through our stay.

We truly appreciate the travel plans that you have arranged for us during our holidays. We had great and lovely memories of all the places we visited and experienced. Every places have its’ own beauty and charm and most of all our visit was so timely due to the flourishing “tulips” everywhere. It was such a lovely sight to behold. The hotels were excellent in terms of comfort, quality, lovely scenic views and conveniences. The tour guides were good and all transfer/transport services were excellent. A special mention goes Mr Mete Horzum and his friends @ Konya who took care of us personally and the lovely local pizza lunch at his office. Thereafter we had tea at his friend’s carpet shop and finally his young friend took us to the market.  Further mention also to the driver and tour operator @ Pamukkale whereby I left my back-pack on the bus from Antalya to Denizli /Pamukkale after boarding off and the bus was heading to another destination but was later retrieved and returned to me with all my important personal belongings (passport, monies, credit cards) intact. I truly appreciate their help and no words can describe how glad I was. We have seen and learned a lot of the local way of life and their warmth and friendliness touches our hearts very much.

Our trip was one of the best or rather the best that we have enjoyed among the many places that we have been and your personal/agents etc professional services enable that to happen. It exceeded our expectations in many ways. We will always share our fond memories of Turkey/Greece Travel under Veni Vidi Travel with everyone and surely would recommend favorably. In fact, we have already done so during our sightseeing tours.

Travel Plan excellent, Transport comfortable (public & private), Tours and guides very good, Hotels excellent (location; rooms,service and  food), No problems even for us Vegetarian!
