I just wanted to thank you so much for the wonderful experience we had in your lovely country. We have many outstanding memories such as the rooftop terrace breakfast at the Rast overlooking the Blue mosque and Hagi Sophia, the cruise on the Bosphorus, the inspiring library at Ephesus and the brilliant sunsets in Cappodochia.  We found the cell phone you gave us so reassuring and useful for our visit. The dinner we had with you, your brother and your wife was also a highlight and we loved meeting your beautiful daughters (even if they don't have blond hair!).  Your service was exemplary and I have already recommended you to so many of my friends that you may have to now consider me one of your employees!!  Feel free to use this email on your website if you wish. We really enjoyed alot. The idea of making us stay at THE MARMARA HOTEL was excellent and we loved being in TAKISM and the night life. Dear Bulent,

I just wanted to thank you for all your efforts to arrange a perfect holiday for my son and I.  We are home in Vancouver now after spending a few days in London on the way back. We had an absolutely wonderful time in Turkey and will have memories to last a lifetime.  Ethan’s favourites were Saklikent Gorge and Kaymakli Underground City.  My favourites were Ephesus and Aspendos; but really every day was so full of breathtaking sights, it is hard to choose.  Your arrangements were perfectly made.  I know that our journey would have been impossible to arrange as well from Canada, so we are grateful to you for sharing with us your expertise.  You are very well organized and obviously take great pride in making sure your clients have a holiday customized for just their wishes.  If you ever need a reference in this part of the world, feel free to pass on my contact information. Hi Bulent,

I tried to write a testimonial on your web page but it wasn't showing up so i decided to email this to you...maybe you can put it up if you would like to.

I just had to let you and your family at Veni Vidi Travel know what a wonderful time i had in your beautiful country. The trip that you organized was above and beyond anything i could have imagined. When i told you that i was more interested in the art and culture of Turkey and not just lying on a beach, you customized a tour to accommodate our wishes perfectly. Mina, who first dealt with us in New York City was extremely helpful and really made us feel comfortable dealing with your agency for the first time. I always feel a little uneasy doing everything online, that's why we sought out someone we could talk to in person.

I laughed when you first greeted us in Istanbul and handed us a cell phone. I have traveled the world and have never had anyone more concerned with my well being enough to allow me to call "on-the-spot" with any issues i might have...but your expertise in knowing your clients proved to hold true when our plane was delayed causing us to make some travel changes. I think you must know everyone in Turkey because all of the guides and the private car and driver you arranged from Anatalya to Cappadocia were really wonderful. You should be very proud to have such loyal friends work with you.

I would love to give you all the credit for my having such a spectacular time throughout Turkey, but from the salesmen in the Grand Bazaar to the little children who want to speak to you and take a picture with you, they all made me feel that i was in a very special place with beautiful people. At the end of our visit, having dinner with you and your wife, and meeting your friends was – as Rick said in the movie Casablanca, "the beginning of a beautiful friendship." Thank you again, and i will see you hopefully in the near future. I am recommending anyone and everyone to you and your travel agency for a trip of a lifetime.

Bulent- thank you so much for a wonderful vacation in Turkey. Your country is so beautiful and interesting and you provided us with all the right tours, accommodations and travel arrangements which made everything go smoothly. I appreciated having a phone so we could  contact you if necessary. It was also comforting to know we could change plans mid stream if we so desired. Your agency is the best! Christine and I enjoyed meeting you and your wife. Our dinner with you on tour last night was very special to us. I am telling everyone I know that if they ever go to Turkey they must book through Veni Vidi Travel. In that regard I do have some good friends that are planning to travel  this summer. I would strongly to recommend "Veni Vidi Travel", Sultanahmet, Istanbul to all those tourists who dont know where to start when planning a trip to Istanbul. Look no further, this agency has performed every task beyond my expectation from promptly responding to innumerable queries to providing extremely professional services. Every element of this tour has been a memorable one, thanks to Ms. Filiz Bingol & Ms. Merlin as they went out of their way to address all our needs. Their rates are reasonable unlike other agencies that charge more and deliver less. Also the entire process of booking a hotel & tour itinerary was done very quickly without any fuss. Being an Indian, we are deeply touched by their hospitality and would love to visit other places with them.
