We would like to thank you for arranging a memorable & fantastic trip for us in Turkey..

We truly enjoyed every second of our time there and Turkey is truly beautiful, rich in culture & history & has breathtaking sceneries & every place is different from the other...

We were so impressed with the Turkish hospitality...they are really sweet, polite and we were always met with service with a smile !

The tour guides were good, good knowledge of the place & history. We certainly learnt a lot from them! Overall we enjoyed our stay there & we will certainly recommend Veni Vidi Travel to all our friends.

Dear Bulent,
We have been home in Australia for some time now but went camping interstate soon after we came back from Turkey and then got caught up with Xmas. We did want to tell you that we had a wonderful holiday and and thank you for making it so easy and pleasant for us. We look back with much pleasure and have enjoyed sharing of photos and experiences with Barb and Peter Boxhall. I've attached the few photos that worked of you and your family but I'm sorry the others did not turn out.

Dear Mr. Albayak,
 
I suppose I could call you Bulent now that we have met and I have been caught-up in your boyish enthusiasm and charm. We did enjoy our evening with you, and thank you for the fine dinner. 
The tour was the most inspiring and exciting we have ever had. It wasn't an easy one, but probably would have been an impossible one if we had not had such knowledgeable and caring guides, experienced drivers, and good hotels waiting for us at the end of a strenuous day. Your careful planning was evident throughout, and we thank you.
 
The guides were exceptional and we are impressed with the education and training they must have to be licensed. They shared with us their own awe at the wonders of their country and made each stop exciting. Best of all, they took special interest in John, who was an apt student, and we delighted in his excitement and joy. We are also grateful for the experienced drivers who drove several long trips on little sleep, and could weave through the chaotic traffic of crowded cities. We said good-by to all our  guides and drivers, feeling we had made new friends.
 
We asked for unique hotels and you found them for us. What fun they were! Again in them we found willing, warm, helpful people who always wanted to be sure we were having a good tour.
 
Also Heyyube Tasin in New York, at World of Trave Inc., who arranged our flights for us, gave us great service.
 
We are so sorry Emek "Amy" Evin became ill before she could show us Ephesus. We did have a nice hour with her going to Mary's House, and we realized after a few minutes with her that she was Rick Steve's guide when he did his TV shows in Turkey. Those shows influenced us to come to Turkey, and so to us she is a star. We waited only 45 minutes for the new guide to appear, and Azen did a good tour for us.
 
Bulent, you guided us well.  We are very grateful, and wish all the best for you, your family, and your business. Veni Vidi Turkey, amavimus.

I just wanted to write to you to thank you for sending such a marvelous guide. Hakan was absolutely great! We managed to get a taster of Istanbul and got back to the airport with plenty of time!  Needless to say we plan on going back to Istanbul for a longer stay soon. We loved it!

Thank you so much for organizing our wonderful trip to Cappadocia. We had an amazing time. Loved everything the hotel the ride and all the attractions. Turkey is truly an amazing country to visit. So much to see and do the best.

Hello Filiz;
 
Currently in Istanbul. Have experienced two of the three tours. I was very impressed with the delivery of the dinner cruise. They docked at a different spot to make getting off the boat easier.
 
In addition, I was extremely satisfied with today's tour - in spite of poor weather - the guide presented a great package and delivered without fail. Also, he had a female assistant and she was extremely helpful also.
 
We purchased a couple of spice mills and one of them had the handle missing. I purchased from the store recommended and this paid off. They passed the bazaar on the way back and one of the store-guys came running with a replacement grinder. I was very happy. It's stuff like this, that set these people apart!
 
It pays to listen sometimes - and I'm happy I did.
 
One more tour tomorrow and the weather will perhaps improve and I'm sure they will deliver again.
 
On a side note - upon my future return to Turkey - perhaps next year :) , my vote goes to Veni Vidi Travel.

We were very happy with the services you provided us through out our stay in Greece. The hotels were very good, and breakfast in all of them were also good. All our queries by email were answered quickly and thank you for that. All the drivers were very courteous and prompt. We did not experience any problem while there even though the taxis were on strike one day, we walked every where. We would highly recommend your agency to others in the future. Thanks again. Dear friend Bulent:

One month after leaving Turkey, we still feel the joy and the satisfaction for the marvelous trip we did across that amazing country.

We want to thank you again for the excellent planning and coordination you managed for us,  which were a determinant element in our travel, as every step and move was perfectly prepared and all the associated service providers you chose, performed proficiently and as important: Kindly, friendly and helpful all the way along.

Both the itinerary you designed and your suggestions were wise. As you said, we ended with the feeling that we got to know Turkey.

What we saw is a magnificent country and great people all around.

One standard nice hotel and three astonishing ones, greeted us in the cities we arrived to. Those boutique hotels   were the "Cherry" of the trip!

And your reaction  to the only moment when the schedule could have been lost, was a spectacular fulfillment to your promise of satisfaction and support.

So, "querido amigo", you have four more friends in Mexico, and you can be sure that as soon as we are able to go back to travel the three provinces we missed this time, we will call you with enough time to design a new travel as magnificent as this.

Dear Bulent:

We wanted to personally thank you for planning such a wonderful itinerary for us on our trip to Turkey.  We had a simply fantastic time, with so many beautiful memories that will stay with us for a lifetime.

We also wanted to give you a small token of our appreciation for all you did for all seven of us in making our trip truly special from beginning to end.  We know that you are a fan of Fenerbahce and that they recently became the football champions of Turkey. Well, our American version of "football" has a championship game called the Super Bowl, and the Super Bowl champions for 2011 is none other than our home team from Wisconsin called The Green Bay Packers. They won the Super Bowl in February, becoming champions for the first time since 1997. We are huge fans of the Packers and especially their very talented quarterback, Aaron Rodgers, who led them to the championship with his fine play throughout the season and in the playoffs. 

The quarterback position in American football is considered the most important position on the team; he has to be a leader with great passing and running skills, and of course leadership skills. Accordingly, we all felt that the enclosed gift of a team jersey of Aaron Rodgers perfectly fits the superb "quarterbacking" role you, Bulent, played throughout our entire trip, as you arranged everything flawlessly, from the travel arrangements, with all buses, drivers, and tour guides consistently being on time, to the hotels and room selections, which were all wonderful. And of course, we also wish to thank you and your wife Seda for a wonderful dinner you hosted for us on our second night in Istanbul.

Finally, and most importantly of all Bulent, you were there for us in our time of need on the last day of our trip, when we received the sad news of my Mom’s death, and you immediately went into action to get our son Matt on board  with us on our flight back home the next day. On behalf of my entire family, I want you to know that we are forever grateful for all your extra efforts that you so kindly extended us. We wish you and your family all the best and we will certainly be recommending you and your travel agency to our friends and relatives who may be planning a future trip to your beautiful country.
